The EUR-to-Thai conversion rate refers to Aug 11, 2025.

The fixed registration fees will cover event registration, accommodation, meals and refreshments as specified in the schedule, including dinners (except on the free nights), and venue transfers and transportation between congress events.

The fee does not include airport-venue transportation, additional activities, transportation services not related to the Congress or any other personal expenses.

The fee does not include transaction fees.
